I lost my passport, what should I do?

You should contact the nearest Consulate of Colombia, having already obtained a police reference number in order to ask for a new passport. If you have the citizenship identification, you can process the passport immediately. If you have lost your citizenship identification, you have to request a duplicate and with the process password make the request for a new passport. Alternatively, the consulate can issue a temporary passport for you in order to be able to return to the country.

Do I need a Visa in order to travel to the UK? Can you help me?

All matters relating to obtaining, renovating, changing or extending a visa issued by the British authorities to Colombian citizens are of exclusive competence of the British Government. The Embassy of Colombia and the Colombian Consulate do not provide any kind of reference for the obtaining, proceeding or visa reconsideration.

Currently I am in the UK and I need to renew, apply or extend the visa issued to me in Colombia. What should I do?

You should contact the UK Border Agency directly and present them with your request.
