As part of its 2011 international tour, the Colombian Navy’s three-masted training ship returns to London after 18 years from Tuesday 23 to Thursday 26 August 2011.
The ship, on a goodwill tour of the world, left its home port of Cartagena, Colombia, on May 13th and has since visited ports in the United States, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Holland. It has a crew of 163, including 81 final-year cadets from the Colombian Naval Academy and “Argos”, the ship’s navy-trained Labrador.

The vessel will be open for public tours during the following times:
Tuesday 23 August: 9 am – 7 pm
Wednesday 23 August: 9 am – 4 pm
Thursday 25 August: 9 am – 7 pm
ARC Gloria will depart at 11am on Friday 26 August for Spain, Morocco and the Caribbean to then return home to Cartagena, Colombia.
